Welcome to Pelican’s Retreat
Pelican’s Retreat is a privately owned Condo in Naples, Florida – only family can arrange for its use. If you are at this site by error, please leave now.

Who Can Book
Immediate family members ONLY – John & Dorothy’s children and grandchildren
Booking Instructions
Follow the process to book the condo for your vacation stay…
Step 1 - Check the calendar
Check the calendar to make sure that the dates you want are available.
Enter the dates if you are an immediate family member and have been given rights to the calendar. Contact roger.bruehl@gmail.com if you are a family member and cannot add dates to the calendar.
Reservations should be no longer than 4 weeks at one time.
Step 2 - Call the Caretaker
Call Kevin Slattery (the Caretaker) at 239-777-6804 to let him know of your arrival dates so he can have the water turned on – and check the condo as you leave to make sure water is turned off, that the condo is clean, etc.
Step 3 - Arrange cleaning
Determine if you are going to do the cleaning before you go OR if you are going to arrange to have a housekeeper do the cleaning.
If you want the Housekeeper to do the cleaning – call Marleny Ladesma at 239-595-2266 to make arrangements and payment.
If you want to clean on your own – cleaning instructions are on the bulletin board. The rule of thumb is that you make it as clean as you would expect a hotel room to be when you arrive. Clean sheets are to be left in the closet that corresponds to the bed in the labeled box. Towels go under the sink in the corresponding bath.
Step 4 - Get the key
The key is in the lockbox on the faucet to the right of the front door. Please email roger.bruehl@gmail.com for the code.
